Within the E-Commerce & Customer Engagement department, reporting to the Global E-retail Director, your primary objective is to participate to the global E-retail strategy deployment for the group and its brands, and to grow associated revenues.

The E-retail activity is today 9 e-stores, with additional 2 to be launched in 2024. Its ambition is to enable ALL guests to extend the In-Hotel experience at Home through the retail of goods such as bedding, home and bath linens, fragrances and cosmetics, small decoration, gifting, etc


You will work closely with brands marketing teams, and for some of them with the retail director, with business units CRM teams, Loyalty, E-commerce & Customer Engagement teams and on a daily basis with the third party operating the online distribution and logistics platform.

The retail scope includes also Data Monetization to advertisers through Media partners.


With a genuine interest for E-retail & E-Commerce topics, your role will be to deploy digital marketing and animations strategies while monitoring performance to guarantee revenue growth.

As part of E-stores development, you will be responsible for the pricing and competitiveness analysis.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Increasing Estores Awareness and building significant customer bases
  • Maximizing Sales Revenues
  • Deploying Annual Eretail Animation & Marketing Plans in collaboration with brands on different levers : ALL and brands owned channels, acquisition paid levers, social networks, press releases, blogs and forums, comparators, affiliation, third party communication channels, etc
  • Developing In-Hotel Visibility
  • Managing Marketing budget and agencies relationships
  • Marketing Campaigns Performance Analysis
  • Conduct a Price Competitiveness Analysis
  • Assist for store redesign and ecommerce best practices implementations.
  • Support to develop Retail Media Activities

Tasks:


  • Work on Creative concept & content and develop creative assets for digital touchpoints and In-Hotel visibility in collaboration with brands, communication teams and/or communication agencies
  • Secure communication slots and organize assets delivery with teams and third parties
  • Support and coordinate Implementation of ecommerce best practices on Estores to maximize conversion
  • Ensure up to date content compliant with brands guidelines (copies, key visuals, products assortment, new product launches integration, translations to launch new markets, etc )
  • Organize Offers Loading on E-Stores and Accor Back Office systems
  • Management of Estores on Social network and development of stores on new social networks (Shops on Pinterest, etc )
  • Benchmark and Best Practices sharing with brands teams and business units
  • KPIs, ROIs and associated OKRs Monitoring, especially on marketing campaigns : new customers acquisition, conversion rates, traffic, acquisition costs, sales revenue, profit, etcAnalyze and take corrective measures and action plans.
  • Support to Operational management and technical implementation of Data Monetization and advertising spaces activities with media teams, legal team and partners. Development of new partners.

Qualifications

You have a first experience in marketing campaigns management, ideally acquired in bedding, linens, decoration, furniture, cosmetics or luxury universes.

You are comfortable in complex international environments that evole rapidly.

Education :Higher education degree (Bachelor's/+4/+5) from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in Digital and/or Marketing/Commerce.

Languages: Fluent in English and French
