du posteDans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recherchons un Responsable d'agence (F/H) afin de piloter l'activité assainissement immobilier.
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de l'agence Sarp SUD Ouest de Bordeaux spécialisée en assainissement immobilier (15 salariés, C.A. de 2M€) et qui réalise les prestations d'assainissement immobilière, travaux fraisage et petits travaux électromécaniques pour tous types de clients (collectivités, particuliers, industriels).
La liste des missions ci-dessous n'est pas exhaustive, nous recherchons un profil qui souhaite faire partie d'un projet de développement d'une activité. Nous recherchons avant tout un gestionnaire de centre de profit capable de piloter une agence, d'assurer l'exploitation et de participer à l'accroissement commercial.

De formation Bac + 2 minimum, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum en gestion d'un centre de profit, idéalement acquise dans les métiers de l'assainissement et de l'environnement ou en tant que gestionnaire immobilier.
Homme/ femme de terrain, vos qualités humaines et votre sens du management seront des atouts déterminants pour réussir dans cet emploi de service à l'environnement.
