POSITION TITLE:
Junior Counsel


REPORTS TO:

LOCATION:
Paris, France

**PURPOSE: Responsible to provide legal support to the different areas of PTI, absolving queries, analyzing and elaborating legal documents that require the different PTI areas, such as Operations (Site Acquisition), Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial, Finance, Lease Administration, Asset Management, among others.

**FUNCTIONS: - Draw up agreements (usufruct, lease, purchase, with clients, suppliers, and those indicated by the legal area), establishing the conditions agreed with the different parties and contemplating that it complies with the Compliance guidelines,

  • Serves as a liaison with the external lawyers and coordinates with them to safeguard the interests of PTI,
  • Prepares corporate documents,
  • Prepares tracker and requested reports,
  • Maintains the legal file of the company,
  • Carries out the due diligence processes on the different aspects and stages of each project,
  • Performs and coordinate notarial and registry procedures,
  • Represents the company before counterparts, local lawyers and clients,
  • Exercise other duties or functions as required in the capacity of Attorney to the company.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

**Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Have a valid title of Lawyer and also have a Register of the respective Bar Association,
  • Have at least 2 to 4 years of experience and practice in related issues of Law in relation to real estate. The knowledge and experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage that will be valued,
  • Bilingual (French and English fluent),
  • Have organizational skills,
  • Knowledge of local regulations,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Availability to respond to extemporaneous and extraordinary requests,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
