Your mission

  • Lead the marketing support to Prestige regional customers, working hand in hand with our sales force and creation team
  • Translate relevant trends, marketing & consumer insights into inspiring fragrance solutions
  • Support growth strategies and contribute to our differentiation along the creation process, leveraging perfumer inspiration, reason to believe, market insights, consumer insights, trends expertise, ingredients storytelling and innovation capabilities
  • Identify with sales/creation teams future opportunities to develop business and design action plan, proactively support our customers in thinking the future in coherence with their DNA
  • Continuously develop expertise including collaborating with technical/innovation/expert teams
  • Identify relevant "hot" topics to explore and lead as transversal initiatives, contribute to setting strategies and action plans to achieve objectives with the Marketing Director and team

You bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Social Science, business administration or equivalent.
  • 510 years related experience within the perfumery or beauty companies
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives
  • Leading through vision & values, ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Passion and curiosity for fragrance, innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
