Role Overview:
  • Lead the CHC Global Quality Audit team and oversee all audit activities.
  • Develop and execute internal and external auditing systems, as well as inspection readiness and management.
  • Take charge of auditing CHC sites/locations and key third parties.
  • Create and implement the annual audit plan and ensure compliance with quality policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain GXP compliance.
  • Establish quality directives, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities and industry organizations to drive collaboration and best practices.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality management and pharmaceutical production.
  • Strong technical, leadership, and operational background.
  • Qualified Auditor with expertise in GxP, health-related regulations, risk analysis, and quality systems.
  • International exposure and experience working with Health Authorities.

Core Responsibilities & Experience:
- Responsible for all Global Auditing and Inspection activities.
- Strategic role in ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Key liaison between Operational Quality Units and Global Quality CHC team.

  • Quality & GxP operations.
  • Regulatory inspections and compliance.
  • Manufacturing in pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, medical devices, and more.
  • Project management and financial budgeting.
