Description
As Talent Acquisition Partner at Deepki, you will be part of the People team and report to a Senior member of the team.
Deepki, leading the way in ESG SaaS for real estate owners and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability.
Role, missions & responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment Process
- Leading endtoend recruitments for various positions based in France and other countries
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs & determine selection criteria
- Drafting and posting our job description to make them as attractive as possible
- Identifying the best sourcing approach: job boards selection, direct approach, referral, recruitment events, internal mobility,,...
- Partnering with HR teams, regional offices, and other relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate internal mobility
- Conducting interviews and coaching potential managers by ensuring that the process is well established and by promoting diversity and inclusion through recruitment and sourcing
- Being responsible for the recruitment plan delivery, according to planned timelines quality of profiles & budget
- Updating regularly the Hiring plan manually
Brand positioning/School relationship
- Making Deepki visible and attractive (website, social networks, employer brand, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with schools and universities, participating in Talent Recruitment events
Pre Onboarding
- Continuously optimizing the recruitment process and manage pre onboarding (collaboration with Head of CSR & Talent Development team who manage onboarding post recruitment).

- Actively participating in the People & CSR Department's projects and contributing to the definition and implementation of Deepki's People & CSR strategy.
Profile, skills & experience:
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role within a Tech startup or scaleup company.
- Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership teams, while also influencing across multiple levels, functions and regions of an organization.
- Self starter, team player and comfortable navigating a startup environment and ambiguity.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and oral communication skills by being fluent in English and French (another European language is a huge plus such as German and/or Spanish).
- Strong problemsolving skills, ability to decision make and think critically
- Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
- Proficient in the use of computers and their software, including ATS, GSuite, Slack and Microsoft Office 365.
