Missions et responsabilités

We are looking for an intern to conduct a comprehensive literature review of existing methods for automatically evaluating the performance of LLM-based chatbots and to implement the most relevant approaches in our in-house Python library for the efficient development of chatbots tailored to diverse internal use cases (such as generating this enticing internship description).

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct an extensive literature review on methodologies for evaluating LLMbased chatbot performance, including metrics, benchmark datasets, and best practices.
Identify and select the most suitable evaluation methods and metrics for assessing chatbot effectiveness.
Implement the chosen evaluation methods in our internal Python library for chatbot development.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate the library into the chatbot development pipeline.
Experiment with various strategies for enhancing chatbot performance based on evaluation results.

Profil recherché

Student in 4th or 5th year of engineering school or university, specialized in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields
Open to collaboration
Good programming skills and familiar with Python/Git and opensource tools
MS or equivalent in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields
Enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact through innovative solutions.
Prior experience with chatbot development or NLP is a plus.
