Il est temps de briser les tabous autour des fuites urinaires, de la fertilité, de l'allaitement, trop longtemps ignorés pour offrir aux femmes de vraies solutions, adaptées et efficaces.

Aujourd'hui notre premier produit distribué désormais dans tous les pays du monde, une sonde de rééducation périnéale, est considéré comme la sonde de renforcement périnéal la plus efficace, la mieux notée et la plus vendue sur le marché. Il a soigné déjà plus de femmes. Plus de 90% de nos clientes recommandent l'entreprise et nous avons déjà créé une véritable communauté autour de nos produits Notre deuxième produit, un tire lait portable, suit une trajectoire similaire.

**Descriptif du poste**:
We're looking for our new Product Manager for our latest product, a connected wearable breast pump. Your role is to oversee the product and its development to make it the best possible product for our users.

Your missions
- Understand the market and customer needs. Build strong relationships with our users by spending time interviewing them and engaging with them for feedback. Conduct user research to gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data. Uncover pain points and identify areas for improvement.
- With those insights and the company's objectives in mind, define your OKRs and roadmap, including both software and hardware developments. Prioritize actions to have the strongest and fastest possible impact on the NPS, our key metric.
- Oversee software development sprints and work hand-in-hand with design, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and create an amazing product experience. Also collaborate with hardware engineers to iterate on the product. We love the lean approach for faster and more relevant iterations.
- Get your hands into our data platform to gather insights on what needs to be solved. Monitor app performance closely. Measure impact through A/B tests and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product.
- Collaborate with other teams, gather insights, embark people with you, and communicate product plans and results to all stakeholders.

**Profil recherché**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup or scale-up, with a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Customer-first mindset. You put the user at the center of all your thoughts.
- Strong organizational & project management skills. Problem-solving mindset.
- You are proficient in analytics and tracking tools (such as mixpanel).
- You have a strong understanding of both software and hardware development processes or are a fast learner. Technical knowledge would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You speak and write excellent English and French
- You are a feminist and believe in the right of every woman to have access to effective health solutions. You are comfortable talking about women's health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of breastfeeding and female intimacy in general, and curious to learn more.
