Description du sujet:

  • We are a team seeking to understand the mechanisms that underpin telomere stability and how this intersects with DNA repair, DNA replication, chromosome organisation and chromosome segregation.

  • Projects that can be pursued will address the molecular basis of telomere end protection, telomere replication, telomere length homeostasis, telomere recombination and/or telomere segregation during mitosis.
  • To achieve these aims, a large body of methods and tools will be used and developed, combining molecular genetics, live microscopy, biochemistry, structure and modelling.
