You're passionate about not only events, but project logistics and destinations in particular and get a thrill out of exceeding clients' expectations.

Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. But you're also a people-person, a versatile team player who is capable of making your colleagues LOL.


What you'll be doing

  • Understanding the client's needs and objectives
  • Work on the RFP and/or the awarded projects phase
  • Negotiate with suppliers to find the best options for the project
  • Managing the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspects
  • Creative venue selection
  • Drafting of the ppt recommendation and establishment of the relative budget
  • Selection and management of logistic service providers
  • Air and train transportation knowledge
  • Face to face client pitches

Must haves

  • At least 35 years of event and project management experience
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous people management experience
  • Expert knowledge of handling RFPs
  • Resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedicated to meeting established deadlines.
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budget creation experience
  • Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills
  • Fluency in both English and French (No scrambled oeufs at EGG, svp.)

Nice to haves

  • Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
  • Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
  • An excellent communicator and good listener
  • Be yourself and bring your passions with you
