Description du poste :
La R&D travaille en étroite collaboration avec le magasin d'optique Essilor, afin de réaliser des études et proposer de nouvelles solutions pour la vente d'équipement.
L'objet de cette mission est de contribuer à la mise en place d'un parcours client optimal, dans le but de garantir l'adaptation aux verres progressifs. Dans ce cadre, nous réalisons une étude pour tester une méthode d'évaluation du confort visuel du client lors de la livraison de son équipement.
Rattaché au service R&D et plus particulièrement Research for Retail, cette mission se décompose en 2 types d'activités :
Profil :
Vous êtes spécialisé en Optométrie/Sciences de la Vision et vous intégrerez à la rentrée prochaine une licence ou un master. Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel. Vous êtes orientés résultats et faites preuve d'orientation clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite relation avec l'équipe R&D et les opticiens du magasin, vous savez par conséquent faire preuve de coopération.
Localisation : Créteil, métro ligne 8.
Dates : A partir de septembre, pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois.
