- Préparer les surfaces avant l'application de peintures.
- Appliquer des couches de finition et d'apprêt avec des produits de remplissage.
- Effectuer des réparations mineures sur la carrosserie.
- Installer et aligner les fenêtres et les pare-brise.
- Assurer une finition de qualité en polissant, nettoyant et détaillant les véhicules après les réparations.
- Avoir suivi une formation ou obtenu une certification en Carrosserie, démontrant un savoir-faire technique.
- Être capable de travailler selon des horaires de jour (8h-12h, 13h-17h30), faisant preuve d'organisation et de discipline.
- Accepter tous les niveaux d'expérience, et être ouvert à la valorisation des talents émergents.
- Maîtriser les outils de carrosserie pour une efficacité maximale.
- Recevoir une prime variable pour récompenser un travail bien fait.
- Avoir une attitude proactive et professionnelle pour contribuer positivement à l'équipe.
