YOUR ROLE


The MDM (Master Data Management) Deployment PM (Project Manager)/Analyst will be responsible for supporting delivery of MDM-related deliverables in CEVA.

Focusing initially on our global deployment of CargoWise One, this will include system configurations, data migrations, requirements definition for new deployments, integrated testing, process documentation, and assisting project management deliverables related to Master Data Management topics at CEVA.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Maintain agreed alignment on scope of MDM team deliverables with substantial change initiatives (starting with the ongoing Cargo Wise Deployments)
  • Build and maintain delivery plans and cutover plans for Master Data and Referentials
  • Deliver required system configurations in alignment with identified scope
  • Support data migrations (with assistance from country resources, product and function teams, and other MDM team members) for related data
  • Establish, run and maintain processes for all related Master Data and Referentials (including transformations required for integrations)
  • Work with IT teams and business teams to ensure required functionality is described, built, and delivered
  • Participate in related projects for MDM and Data Referentials
  • Monitor and report status into core project team as required
  • Write and drive integrated testing sessions to validate implemented solution

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years of experience in global system implementation with experience managing Master Data deliverables
  • Understanding of Master Data/Reference Data concepts
  • Requirements Gathering/ Documentation
  • Integrated testing
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

Desirable

  • CargoWise Experience a plus
  • 3PL knowledge or related logistics industry experience valuable
  • Data Migration experience
  • Detailed understanding of logistics industry standards (e.g., UNLOCODE, IATA, Schedule K/D, Commodity Codes, Packaging types)
  • Experience deploying a centralized Customer Master Data solution
  • Project Management Experience
