We are currently looking for an
International Payroll Apprentice to support our growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Help in checking & input data in the different Payroll systems (absences, lunch vouchers, specific allowances...)
Help in processing international payroll & edit the documents (payslips...)
Submit and ensure payroll payment to employees made in a timely manner, social contributions payment and payroll tax payment to Governments with Accounting team
Help in preparing data for Accounting (holiday accrual, IJSS...)
Help in getting data from Payroll platforms or Payroll provider for Accounting (Payroll journal entries...)
Help in answering to Employees questions
Order & followup the Lunch vouchers
Help in the Onboarding and Offboarding processes (Health insurances...)

Essential Qualifications

Bac+ 2 minimum in Accounting/Payroll(BTS CGO, BTS Gestionnaire Paie, DUT GEA...) or equivalent
A first experience in Payroll
IT systems and Excel Knowledge
Team spirit, interpersonal skills, proactiveness, autonomy, communication, curiosity, organized
Fluent in verbal and written English and French
