Description

The Global Business Services (GBS) digital & data transformation manager is responsible to carry out the digital transformation towards GBS organization & its internal customer.

The GBS digital and data transformation manager develops and drives end-to-end process transformation projects through the organization.

Acting as an internal service provider, he is in charge to deliver usecases to the Business Process Owners:

He determines the best tools to do it and drives the selection between Data platform (Palantir), process mining (Celonis) & RPA.
He is in charge to translate business requirements into the selected IT tool.
He coordinates & is in charge to validate the IT developments via the direct management of a team of data engineers.
He presents the delivered results and proposes the deployment plan.
He collects the value created through usecases implementation.
He is in charge to respect & coordinate the overall project planning, identifies potential risks, monitors timelines, and communicates the status to top management.

The GBS DT manager main competencies:

Leadership & coordination of a team of Dataengineers (4-5 people)
Functional coordination of GBS network (to drive change) & IT teams (to coordinate the IT projects requirements)
