Airbus Helicopters is looking for a MRO performance and improvement team leader
(f/m) to join our MRO department based in
Marignane, France.

You will join the MRO performance and improvement team, which is accountable to support the MRO business and operations on their daily challenges.

The main mission is to industrialize the tools, KPI and standards to improve the operational and financial performance of the dynamics, blades, equipment and aircraft MRO.

Your challenges:

You will lead a small team and, with your team, you will be in charge of:

Understand the business and operation's needs. Challenge them, harmonize them in order to have consistency around the WW MRO network.
Set up the right level of priorities and with your team of data analyst and performance manager develop and industrialize the tools to answer the request
Drum beat the delivery of the tools milestones
Drum beat the delivery of the operations milestones on financial performance.
Drum beat the industrialization of the tools with the informatics department.
Produce the monthly dashboard with the main KPI that are requested by the top management to follow the MRO activity.
Propose visionary tools and analysis to help the growth and modernization of our MRO operations

Your profile:

Good communication skills and ability for transversal & teamwork.
Facilitator mindset, transparency, good communication skills, experience in stakeholder management
Customer oriented
Knowledge on metaverse, new IT tools, data analysis and data scientist would be appreciated.
Language skills: English business fluent / negotiation level.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
