Your challenge ?

Administrate and develop the Valeo's Group financial reporting system (SAP Financial Consolidation, Cube Designer and Extended Analytics/EPM addin)
Interface with:

- head office's functional departments (Treasury, Management Control and Consolidation)
- financial network: BG, PG, PL, Shared Services Centers...
- third parties: Valeo's DSI, hosting service provider, software editor, consultants

Your responsibilities ?

Administration of the Group financial reporting systems through the:
Preparation of the tools for the monthly, budget and business plan reportings : creation of the packages, creation of the consolidation tasks, update of the exchange rates table and scopes, creation of new entities
Support to endusers during the closing: help to understand and solve blocking controls
Coordination with the hosting service provider to manage incidents (connection issues...)
Analysis and implementation of the evolution requests : change requests from Management Control, Treasury or Consolidation teams (creation of new accounts or analysis, implementation of IFRS rules )
Development & implementation of training modules dedicated to endusers (1400 users)
Animation of training for endusers (face to face & online trainings)
Implementation of processes and procedures for continuous improvement
Settingup and management of Reporting department performance and quality indicators
Participation in the tool upgrade project

About you

You are a student in Master 1 or 2 looking for a gap year or Endofstudy internship
You've already done an internship or apprenticeship as Financial Reporting System Administrator
You are rigorous and curious
You have good stress management, good interpersonal skills and you appreciate teamwork
You speak French and English fluently
You master the Office package and more especially Excel
