The role:


  • Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Based in Paris 17th.
The M3 Finance Expert oversees and coordinates the overall activity on his/her M3 scope (AR, AP, GL, Tax, Cost Accounting, Pricing, Invoicing, Integration etc)


What you'll do:


Area of responsibility:


  • Functional M3 Finance Expertise & Integration with other systems especially Workday which is the accounting system in Clarins
  • Manage the quality of the service provided to Users by keeping the solution simple, maintainable, harmonized processes and tools
  • Roadmap's delivery
  • Follow up on technical partners
  • Promote good practices within Reboot's community (IT resources, users)
  • Participation in Skill Center meetings (Solution committees, M3 Change Advisory Boards etc.)
  • Communication and reporting to management

Be the Core Model Guardian

  • Keep an updated technical & functional knowledge of his/her scope
  • Ensure solution consistency and maintainability
  • Ensure updated documentation for all changes

Support the Users community / Foster operational efficiency

  • Incidents management: rely on his/her functional expertise to provide support to users/ business resources of the Skills Center (first line of support)
  • Collaborate with IT & technical partner for bug fixing
  • Ensure monitoring, Identify recurring issues and establish action plans
  • Manage the support KPIs and associated communications towards key internal Customers
  • Handle daytoday followup with AMS// solution editor

Co-design with business owners the financial roadmap and conduct its implementation

  • Qualification: Estimate the complexity of all new features, suggest prioritization from an operational perspective.
  • Specifications: ensure business requirement is complete// write functional specification and design solution in line with core model & IT strategy
  • Validate Technical feasibility with partners & workload assessment
  • Build: contribute to build by setting up the solution and/or following up technical activities
  • Taking part to unit testing & integration tests
  • Coordinate business tests & provide documentation, training and assistance to key users
  • Organize implementation to PROD and Go Live support

You have:


  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 15 years of experience as an M3 Support Lead, Business Analyst, or Consultant, particularly in an international and multicultural context.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with M3 Finance modules.
  • Experience in providing both technical and applicative support
  • Indepth knowledge of M3 functionalities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Tax, Cost Accounting, Pricing, and Invoicing.
  • Proficiency in creating both highlevel and detailed technical specifications.
  • A handson approach to technical problemsolving and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, including organizing activities, planning, and managing partner relationships.
