There are ambitious plans to double the size of the company in the next three years and, as a result, reinvent the way the company operates and serves its customers and manage its €1.1bn external spending.

Procurement will play a key role in this transformation, enabling the company to grow profitably and sustainably by securing best value from the supply market and deepening collaboration and relationships with key external parties.

To embed this change, we are recruiting a Global Category Leader - Mobility (including travel and Expenses and company cars) and Marketing & Communication

You will report directly to the Group Chief Procurement and Real Estate Officer. You will manage 1 buyer and will coordinate an extended procurement team on all mobility and Marketing & Communication topics

The role can be located at Inetum headquarter in Saint-Ouen or at Inetum in Madrid

Role and responsibilities

Design and implement the mobility and Marketing & Communication sourcing strategies including company cars, travel agency, air, train, hotels, short term car rental
Using the Group Procurement methodology and through the spend portfolio analysis to define business needs, assess supply markets, define strategy, conduct tendering and negotiation
Work with local sourcing managers and T&E teams to ensure that Group sourcing strategies for globally sourced goods and services can be implemented at local level
Use the tools, templates, and techniques as part of the methodology to run highly effective sourcing projects and give confidence to business stakeholders
Work closely with all interested internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sourcing strategies are fit for purpose and meet the businesswide requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Follow internal governance process to ensure all 'stage gates' are approved before proceeding
To consider the sustainability in the sourcing strategy and to promote ESG criteria's

Profil
Skills and experience

At least 6 years of strategic sourcing experience on Travel, company cars and Marketing & Communication
Advanced analytical skills and experience of using technology as part of procurement
Good interpersonal skills able to be assertive and influence effectively across a wide stakeholder base both internally and across the supply market
Project management skills disciplined at defining actions and following through on them with stakeholders
Stakeholder management skills the stakeholder base is diverse and the role needs the ability to operate effectively at Executive level (influencing and articulating issues & opportunities); and at a more daytoday operational level. The person must be able to flex style to have credibility at all levels

Fluency in English and French or Spanish based on the locationAgile and autonomous in the role

A plus

Fluency in a third language as Spanish/French would be a plus
