**Mission**:

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Private Equity et participerez à l'évaluation, au filtrage, à l'exécution et au suivi des opérations de private equity sur le mid-market européen et vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- Effectuer une analyse sectorielle, stratégique et financière d'entreprise cible
- Construire un modèle financier et effectuer une analyse de scenario sur le BP
- Rédiger des notes d'investissement et participer aux processus du comité d'investissement
- Contribuer à la structuration et à l'exécution du financement de la documentation juridique et de la négociation
- Assister aux réunions de gestion
- Aider au suivi des entreprises en portefeuille

You will be part of the Private Equity team and will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution and monitoring of private equity transactions in the European mid-market and you will be in charge of the following missions:

- Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
- Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on company business plan;
- Write investment memos and participate in the investment committee process;
- Contribute to structuring and executing financing, legal documentation and negotiation;
- Attend management meetings;
- Help in monitoring portfolio companies.

- Vous avez une capacité supérieure à synthétiser les résultats d'analyses, à identifier le "so-what" et à proposer de manière proactive la prochaine ligne d'enquête ;
- Vous faites preuve d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et d'un grand souci du détail ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et vous souhaitez vous épanouir et apprendre dans une entreprise dynamique et entrepreneuriale ;
- Vous avez une solide connaissance de l'analyse financière ;
- Une expérience préalable de stage est fortement recommandée ;
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Power Point ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ;
- Poursuivre ou être titulaire d'un diplôme d'une école ou université de premier plan avec une spécialisation en finance.

- You show fine communication skills, with passionate attention to detail;
- As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company;
- You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis;
- Previous internship experience is highly recommended;
- Good expertise of Excel and Power Point;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance.
