The position :
We are looking to bring on a Junior Talent Acquisition to support our hiring needs across EMEA.

Missions:


  • Schedule and coordinate all phone, video and inperson interviews with international stakeholders
  • Actively participate to the 2024 internship hiring campaigns for EMEA
  • Recruitment management from A to Z
  • Be actively part of the offer decision making process
  • Learn how to work in a fully international scale
  • Work closely and partner with diverse teams across various departments
  • Collaborate with TA team on the school partnership project and the intern and internship community

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English and in French
  • End of study internship
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
  • Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Have the right level of speech according to stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Desire and ability to work collaboratively

On your first few weeks, the People team and your manager will take care of your onboarding
