An excellent opportunity has become available for a dedicated private Cleaner ready to make a lasting commitment with a lovely family of four in their secondary residence in the South of France.
As a private household Cleaner, you will work as part of a team in this fully staffed household, ensuring that this 1,500 sqm Chateau is maintained to the highest standard year-round.
Working 30-40 hours per week, you will manage your time effectively to ensure the property is always well maintained and spotless - flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is imperative for this role.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Professional cleaning including dusting, hoovering, mopping, cleaning windows and high-quality furnishings
- Exclusive laundry care (silk, cashmere, etc.)
- Cleaning and maintaining all exterior areas of the property
- Making the principles aware of any maintenance or breakages
- Working as part of a team
- Maintaining cleanliness in all activity areas of the household
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Professional experience and longevity as a cleaner in a private household or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning products and caring for highend furnishings and surfaces
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Discreet, boundaried and unobtrusive
- Fluency in English or German desired
- Willingness to work on weekends and during the holiday season
- Right to live and work in the EU
- Excellent, checkable references from previous employers
