Job description

  • Manage projects in terms of cost, time, quality and risks within the allocated budgets,
  • Plan and organize meetings,
  • Monitor project results,
  • Manage the coordination of people (employees, collaborators, etc.) in order to ensure the coherence of the project,
  • Solve arising issues,
  • Write administrative and technical reports,
  • Realise the financial followup of projects,
  • Monitor the resources required for projects,
  • Participate in the submission of new projects to funding agencies, in collaboration with scientific and technical teams,

Essential job functions

  • General management of projects
  • Establish and efficiently manage external collaborations
  • Deliver scientific reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Provide scientific experimental guidance to support the team
  • Support the production and development projects of assays
  • Proposal preparation to request funding / elaboration of new projects (Eurostars, etc )

Minimum Requirements

  • PhD with significant experience in neurosciences and/or molecular biology
  • Strong scientific writer ability and good communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Working knowledge of MS office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in oncology or cardiovascular disease is a plus
