Your Missions:
Join the scaling team that supports startups in our portfolio to help them with their strategic HR questions and assist them in developing and structuring themselves.
- Provide support to CEOs or HR teams of portfolio startups in
recruiting new talent, including: - Collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, or CEOs to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies,
- Screening resumes,
- Scheduling interviews,
- Be responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Assist startup founders with issues related to
organization and growth (talent acquisition, employer branding, organizational charts, etc.) and
talent development (learning and development, coaching, compensation and benefits, etc.). - Participate in decisionmaking with the scaling team.
- Identify innovative solutions for management processes and tools.
- Create HR tools for startups (compensation grids, recruitment workshops, practical guides on ESOP, scorecards, case studies, etc.).
- Measure and analyze the performance of recruitment and HR initiatives.
Your profile:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- Previous experience in a startup or recruitment is desirable.
- Strong interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of HRIS and other HRrelated software or tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced startup environment.
- Interest in the tech industry and its talent landscape.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in sourcing and attracting talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
