Il assure la vente et la distribution des produits au sein du service restauration. Assurer l'accueil et la prise en charge du client dès son arrivée,
Encaisser les clients et gérer de façon autonome une caisse qui lui est propre,
Maîtriser l'exploitation au quotidien du programme informatique Micros en assurant notamment des clôtures de caisses avec les standards du groupe Marriott,
Mettre en pratique et veiller à ce que tous les repères de qualités définis par le concept de restauration soient respectés,
Au sein des services Restauration et Banquets, il pourra être amené à travailler dans les différents points de vente et salons.
Expérience dans l'hôtellerie, plus particulièrement les banquets et la Restauration,
Capacité d'écouter, de comprendre, d'expliquer ses informations et idées, Maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais
