In this position, you will assure the compliance with GMP by harmonizing practices, documentation, simplifying method. You will support all our Business Unit sites for sterility assurance topics, investigations or observations.


As worldwide leader, you will be owning the improvement program (develop, validate and transfer the analytical methods for our plants) and managing the global documentation to harmonized practices and optimize validation process.


Main responsibilities will include

:


  • Standardize our Microbiology laboratory
  • Lead project related to the laboratories to harmonize method, material, media, sampling, etc.
  • Create a global document architecture
  • Manage the laboratory in compliance with GMP's: realize gap assessment and define remediation plan for all our sites
  • Animate the Worldwide network
  • Provide support in the context of customer requests, audits and implementing new methodologies for different sites
  • Perform impact assessment for updated regulation within your scope

Who are you?
Ideally coming from an Engineer background or a Master degree, you have proven experience in Microbiology and sterility assurance. If you are a Technician with confirmed experience, this opportunity may be suitable for you as well.

Hybrid role with possibility of home office. Fixed term contract until the beginning of 2024.
