We are looking forward to welcoming a new team member in the Nissan Product Planning department as Certificate of Conformity (COC) & Registration Coordinator.

The main tasks of the COC & Registration Coordinator would be:1- To prepare and maintain Homologation campaigns in the system to enable registration of Nissan vehicles in all European countries:
Collect Homologation data from the Certification documents
Design the table linking vehicles to their homologation version according to product specifications
Liaise with the different Nissan plants in order to obtain Starting VIN information, as well as exceptional vehicles (trial units)
Request and collect engineering data about masses, dimensions, tyres and performance (CO2 and Fuel consumption)


2- To coordinate system changes with IS department:
Monitor applicable Regulation, Registration or Organizational requirements & trends. Transpose requirements in project's specifications
Follow system Change Requests raised by Sales Companies
Develop and execute Test scenarios
Setting up the Acceptance environment with Data (creation of campaigns for testing purpose)
Organize regular meetings with the markets to monitor the upcoming changes related to registration
Prepare the portfolio of yearly IS project

Support issuance of Homologation & Registration bulletin & News Flash as required
Monitor & inform of regulatory change impacting vehicle. Issue ad-hoc communication to manage "end of series" (vehicles not complying with new regulations)
Provide support to Sales Companies
Attend Model Launch committees whenever applicable
Support "vehicle enhancements" initiatives and deployment


4- Support quality improvement and compliance within the Team:
Update business processes and work instructions, including Homologation & Registration manual in line with system or organizational changes
Support the update of Nissan Quality System Manual and related Audit

5-To monitor upcoming regulations for European markets and ensure that requirement is cascaded within Product Planning for implementation at program level:
Exploit the Regulation Reports issued by Alliance Regulation Department and cascade information via through an easy way to Product Planning Department and the markets
Organize weekly/monthly meeting as necessary


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Automotive or engineering background
First experience with an OEM may be a plus
Quick learner
Curious & analytical
Proactive & autonomous
Good communication and collaboration skills
At ease with MS Office, SharePoint knowledge is a plus
Ability to interact with multiple functions
Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments
Fluent English, French is a plus
