Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) to join a growing and passionate e-commerce team within HP Store France.

As a self-starter and performance marketing talent, you can spot opportunities to help HP grow towards digital excellence. With a large diversion in responsibilities, and whilst working in a hybrid team your role as a Performance Marketer at HP will never be dull

You will help set the strategy, build and launch digital marketing campaigns, track performance and manage media spent budget with a ROAS target.

You should be able to identify opportunities for new channels and initiatives to grow the business.

Your Responsibilities in detail:

You will set the strategy and manage digital campaigns for HP including Paid Search, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Display, Retargeting
Ongoing timely and accurate channel performance tracking, analysis, and actionable insights; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
Communicate performance and testing insights to the team and management
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop new customer recruitment campaigns, serving as a digital expert
Manage media spent budget; Ensure media spend is efficient in driving campaign performance goals i.e. Sales/ROAS and/or Awareness
Key player in performance marketing for HP Store France
Stay up to date with customer acquisition best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques
Drive and accelerate online marketing performance, improving conversion rates, scaling visits and conversions while steering on spend/visit and acquisition cost per order in support revenue and margin targets
Manage and develop productive agency partnerships

Who you are?

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce Management, or Digital Advertising
7+ years of experience in a performance marketing, consumer acquisition or marketing analyst role
Experienced with AdWords, Facebook Ads, Retargeting and Display
Experienced A/B testing landing pages and creatives
Handon experience with Affiliate Marketing
You are advanced with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
You know all about the latest online developments (general and industry specific) and are familiar with the services of competitors as well as international players
Google AdWords Certification is required; Google Analytics Certification is a plus
Excellent planning and conversion analytics skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluency in French and English.
