Hôtel à Saint Paul de Vence recherche un(e) Réceptionniste/Polyvalent(e) à temps plein (39 heures par semaine), CDD saisonnier, à partir du 1er juin au 31 octobre 2024.

Les responsabilités comprennent:

- Effectuer les check-in et check-out
- Accompagner les clients en chambre
- Communiquer au client sur les services et informations sur l'hôtel
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques, les courriels et les tâches administratives
- Vérifier les réservations.
- Servir des boissons et s'assurer que la piscine est propre et bien rangée.

Le logement n'est pas disponible pour ce poste. Idéalement quelqu'un qui habite dans ce quartier.

Hotel in Saint Paul de Vence is looking for a Receptionist/Polyvalent on a full-time basis (39 hours per week), CDD seasonal, 1st june to 31st octobre 2024.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform check-in (accompanying clients to room) and check-out duties according to procedures and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information collected
- Communicate to the client about the services and information about the hotel.
- Ensuring that all reservations are entered in correctly.
- Serving drinks and ensuring the pool area is neat and tidy.
- Putting the pool mattresses into the storage room at the end of each day.

Good knowledge of channel manager and OTA. Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Other languages a plus. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

Accommodation is not available for this position. Ideally someone who lives in this area.
