ABOUT THE JOB
Based on our site in Aubusson (23) and reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will work with enthusiasm and energy to help create the best customer experience.
In this context, the role of our future export sales assistant will be to administer and manage all the logístical aspects of an order to ensure the proper functioning of the company.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
As part of a team of 4, you will impact the business in the following duties:
- Sales order entry
- Export transport management: search for freight forwarders, request for quotation, invoicing control
- Tracking of shipments and deliveries including all customs formalities
- Followup of customer files
- Take over the customer relationship
- Coordinate internal services with partners/customers: Plant, sales departments
- Using call management software (Call Center)
- Use of the Group commercial management software to codify orders (customer identification, products, delivery conditions...)
- Analysis of the order book and store and factory reminder, if necessary, consultation of the "Credit Manager" for customer credit management.
- Update the customer database according to commercial guidelines (discount...)
- Administrative mailing
- Drafting of all documents related to export transport (letter of instruction...)
- Preparation of the information necessary for the implementation of export payment method (documentary credit...)
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum educational background: 2year degree in international trade or equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of export trade will be considered as a plus.
- Very good skills with MS Office and ideally experience using Salesforce
- Have a strong customer focus and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate reactivity and are able to resist to pressure
- Are organized, detailoriented and rigorous
- Are a teamplayer
- Fluency in French and advanced level in English and Italian required.
