2. Missions :
En tant que Chef de Projet, votre rôle sera central dans la réussite des projets de l'entreprise. Vous faciliterez la collaboration entre les parties prenantes internes et externes, piloterez intégralement les projets de leur conception à leur aboutissement, et collaborerez étroitement avec les clients pour élaborer des cahiers des charges précis. La gestion efficiente des échéances sera au coeur de vos priorités, et votre capacité à intervenir en tant que médiateur sera essentielle pour résoudre d'éventuels conflits entre les différentes parties impliquées.
Vous serez également amené(e) à collaborer avec toutes les équipes métiers et clients, et à interagir avec les comités de direction pour garantir le succès global des projets et assurer une vision alignée.
Notre client recherche des professionnels dynamiques et engagés, capables non seulement de coordonner les projets, mais également de s'impliquer activement dans la réalisation concrète de ces deniers.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
3. Profil Requis :
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets, tous domaines confondus.
Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projets, avec une capacité à apporter une perspective stratégique, tout en gardant une appétence pour la partie " terrain ".
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, autonomie, sens du service, et flexibilité.
Capacité à combiner expérience théorique et pratique, avec une volonté de participer activement à la mise en oeuvre des projets. Vous devrez également être capable de faire face aux défis opérationnels.
Pour les professionnels expérimentés au niveau senior, la possibilité de prendre en charge la gestion d'équipe dès le début est une perspective concrète.
Vous aurez l'opportunité d'appliquer votre riche expérience en encadrant avec succès une équipe dynamique, contribuant ainsi à l'épanouissement de vos compétences en leadership.
