As a privileged partner of the Managing Director and the support of our VP, People,


You will be responsible for:

  • To lead the daytoday human resources and support the transformation projects.
- advising managers on their day-to-day leadership practices and on the organization and performance of their teams
- leading social dialogue in partnership with the Managing Director

deploying performance and skills management processes

  • Providing legal expertise in the handling of matters relating to staff administration, litigation and disciplinary matters.
  • Working closely with and share your expertise with the various People Partners, the Payroll Manager and the Operations team across the whole of France
  • Piloting and establish the various HR indicators for your area of responsibility within the Group's HR community, and to participate in the Group's various HR projects.
  • Being an active member of the global HR network.

Qualifications:

What do we expect from you?

  • Fluency in English. Other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience as an HR Generalist on the French market, with a strong labour law component
  • Handling labor relations and inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements
  • Be the contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints
  • Indepth knowledge and experience of dealing with complex employee relations cases, with the ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment law
  • Developing strong HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks, ensure compliance and drive performance
  • Be a strategic partner to the business by understanding opportunities and challenges with a people impact and providing HR advisory
  • Support business leaders to overcome the peoplerelated challenges, design the approach and deploy projects from a people perspective (e.g. organisational structure, retention, wellbeing, workforce planning)
  • Provide individual support to the Jellies (e.g. career development, mobility)
  • Willingness to participate in the implementation of global and local projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
