Job Description:

Assist with order processing, including order entry, verification, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate shipments and logistics arrangements, including arranging transportation, tracking deliveries, and managing any related documentation. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating replenishment as needed. Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with customer inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

Expérience de 2/3 ans sur un poste similaire (Adv / Logistique)
De formation Bac à Bac +2/3 (Commerce / Gestion)
La maîtrise d'Excel (Tableaux Croisés Dynamiques & Recherches Verticales) est indispensable
La connaissance d'un outil type ERP (SAP est préférable)
Vous êtes reconnue pour vos qualités d'organisation du travail dans un environnement dynamique, votre approche rigoureuse et votre collaboration avec vos interfaces, avec une volonté pour le travail en équipe
