Afin d'accompagner le développement de notre activité, nous créons un nouveau poste au sein de notre Direction Financière. Rattaché.e au Finance Manager, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes:

- Suivi opérationnel des performances des différents départements (Marketing, Client Relation, Merchandising, Services Généraux, Informatique) et des Boutiques,
- Analyse du business Retail France-Belgique et Netherlands : Weekly report et commentaires
- Préparation des fichiers de suivi des dépenses par département
- Analyse des écarts avec le budget et les révisés
- Participation à la mise en place de tableaux de bord d'analyse et de KPI hebdomadaires & mensuels
- Participation au processus prévisionnel pour la construction du Budget,
- Réalisation d'analyses ponctuelles en adéquation avec les demandes de la Direction
- Suivi les projets (notamment Capex) et les contrôles versus budget
- Participation au processus de clôture mensuelle

**Profil Recherché**:

- Bac + 5 (Ecole de commerce / Master spécialisé en finance)
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion
- Anglais courant
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel
- Appétence pour les systèmes d'informations
- Rigueur, fiabilité, esprit analytique
- Facilité à s'adapter rapidement et à travailler en autonomie
- Profil évolutif, idéalement mobile à l'international
- Goût du travail en équipe
- Dynamisme, Très bon relationnel
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- La connaissance d'Hyperion serait un plus

In order to support the development of our business, we are creating a new position within our Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Manager,

**You will be in charge of the following missions**
- Operational monitoring of the performance of the various departments (Marketing, Customer Relations, Merchandising, General Services, IT) and the Boutiques,
- Analysis of the Retail France-Belgium and Netherlands business: Weekly report and comments
- Preparation of expense tracking files by department
- Analysis of variances with the budget and revisions
- Participation in the implementation of analysis dashboards and weekly & monthly KPIs
- Participation in the forecasting process for the construction of the Budget,
- Carrying out ad hoc analyses in accordance with the requests of the Management
- Follow-up on projects (especially Capex) and controls versus budget
- Participation in the monthly closing process

**Profile**:

- 5 years of higher education (business school / Master's degree specialized in finance)
- 1 to 2 years experience in management control
- Fluent in English
- Excellent command of Excel
- Appetence for information systems
- Rigor, reliability, analytical mind
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
- Progressive profile, ideally with international mobility
- Taste for teamwork
- Dynamism, very good interpersonal skills
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
