Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.


CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world's first airline to launch and operate this state-of-the-art cargo aircraft.


As part of its expansion, CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a Duty Officer for its Operations Control Center (CCO).


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the on-going development of the CMA CGM AIR CARGO airline within the scope of the Operations Control Center:

Ensure the day-to-day operation of the airline is conducted in the most efficient manner, in order to maintain safe flight operations including disruption management.

Collaborate with the internal / external stakeholders on a daily basis, to ensure schedule integrity and regulatory compliance.

Test and challenge the procedures and configurations of the systems deployed at the OCC, propose alternative solutions if necessary.


Ensure Operations Control and Flight Dispatch 24/7: Advocate for a culture focused on flight safety, economic performance, and punctuality.


Operations Control:

Manage the execution of the commercial program and ensure flight monitoring.

Anticipate, manage, and minimize the impact of operational irregularities.

Coordinate and communicate operationally internally and externally.


Dispatch:

Weather and en-route terrain analysis.

NOTAMs study.

Consideration of the technical condition of the aircraft.

Calculation of takeoff and landing performance.

Flight plan calculation and route optimization.

Submission of the ATC flight plan.

Compilation of the electronic flight dossier.

Technical crew briefing if necessary.


PROFILE:


Graduate of an Aeronautical Operations/Dispatcher program from an aviation training institution (ENAC, Horizons Academy, ESMA, or equivalent), holder of a theoretical airline pilot license, air traffic controller qualification, or meteorologist qualification.

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Shift Manager or Dispatch position (ETOPS experience would be a plus).

You have a strong interest in operational activities and teamwork.
