Description
We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager to be a point of contact for our clients and and to ensure their satisfaction and renewal through innovational and educational ways.
Client satisfaction & empowerment
- Build strong and permanent relationships with your client
- Lead business reviews and introduce your client to new features relevant to their use case
- Organize webinars to train your clients on specific features
- Organize and lead meetings to create or strengthen your relationship with your client
- Identify and empower UpSlide ambassadors among your clients
- Work closely with the Sales teams to identify opportunities
- Lead workshops with our Product team to represent your clients' voice
Data analysis & innovation
- Analyze your clients' usage statistics to proactively propose levers to increase them
- Collect and process customer feedback
- Innovate by creating new onboarding tools such as Webinar, statistics dashboard, and newsletters
- Organize events to promote UpSlide
You are a great fit if you have:
0-3 years experience as a CSM, ideally in the tech sector- Bilingual level in
French and
English: - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office: - An ease when speaking (you want to progress in this area)
- A fondness for teamwork and collaboration with different professions
- An analytical mind that helps you solve customer problems
- An eye for detail
