- HV & LV power distribution and control networks, HV & LV motor drives and Alternators, Inverters, high voltage cells, variable speed units, Lighting networks, switchgear, etc.
- He is responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence.
- He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment on SITE.
- He plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training and development by mentoring on SITE.
- Respect and apply QHSSE rules and procedures
- In his discipline, he/she is in charge to :Organize and perform on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility.Assist the Preparation / planning team by giving any
technical support for preparation of the jobs in his
discipline.Manage interventions and prepare the technical reports related to the field.Is responsible of the specific tools of his team. (quantity and availability)Take in charge the systems / equipment under his/her responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.Identify recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyze them and suggest improvements. - Ensure that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in the OJT / assessment program.
- Identify any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts.
- Keep a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and, if need be, suggest improvements.
- Can be part of Emergency Response Team.
- Organize the site rotational assignment.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15 years' experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations, compulsory 5 years minimum as maintenance Electrical supervisor or Maintenance Engineer in industrial plants for electrical equipment and medium and low voltage networks.
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
- Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability.
- Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust he has in his teams, is essential.
- Minimum 15 years relevant work experience plus compulsory 5 years minimum as maintenance Electrical supervisor or Maintenance Engineer in industrial plants (oil & gas production / processing plants, refineries, or similar industrial complexes) for electrical equipment and medium and low voltage networks.
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
