JOB TITLE

What will be your role?

As a functional business administrator, you will oversee and manage business requests related to the Financial & Budgetary Pilotage Department's applications, with a primary focus on Pricing, Activity-Based Accounting, Time Tracking, and provide backup support on the budgetary application. Additionally, you will take on the role of a business project manager within the department, overseeing revamp projects or evolution phases of these applications.

- Act as the main administrator for the Pricing, Activity-Based Accounting, and project time management applications, with a backup role for the Budgetary application.
- Analyze stakeholders' needs, facilitate functional workshops, document business requirements, and propose application improvements.

- What are we looking for?

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Expertise in project management, financial domain knowledge, technical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, conflict management, and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.

Human/Relational Qualities:
- Known for being proactive and involved.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines, resources, and priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pedagogical sense.
- Team player with analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Educational Background:
- Master's degree in project management, IT, telecoms, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Engineering school degree in IT, telecoms, or general studies.

Languages:
Operational level of English required.

You will be part of the Finance Administration and Projects Division (APF) within the Executive Financial Direction, specifically in the Market, Treasury, and Pilotage pole, supporting the financial departments' needs.
