- Supervise and coordinate accounting activities of European subsidiaries to ensure compliance with closing schedules
- Ensure accounts comply with local and international standards and fiscal declarations
- Prepare closing reports and improve processes collaboratively
- Support business teams in managing and controlling activities
- Plan and manage cash flow
- Implement and maintain an effective internal control system
- Identify and resolve accounting and financial issues
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Contribute to making the Finance Team lean and agile
- Participate in international cross-functional projects
- Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent financial accounting studies
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an international group
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are advantageous
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems like Oracle, SAP
- Experience with reporting tools, PowerBI preferred
- Experience in managing offshore teams and tax
