Position

Job brief

We are looking for our first People Operations Coordinator Working with our Chief People Officer, Zeina, you will help us further structure our People team, communication and processes.

You will have a key role in contributing to Wildsense's culture.


Responsibilities

  • Help build and implement employee events (come to the office days, offsites,)
  • Be responsible for the smooth endtoend employee experience throughout the whole cycle
  • Be responsible for the payroll process and related questions from employees
  • Recruit employees as per the defined hiring plan
  • Contribute to the internal communication at Wildsense in collaboration with the CPO, to maximize the impact of messages and meetings, and ensure engagement from employees
  • Support the Leadership team by contributing to Wildsense's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

  • Call related to job with the hiring manager 45 min
  • Case study 1 hour
  • Case study debrief with the hiring manager 30 min

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Requirements and skills

  • A Masters's degree in HR, business, or equivalent will be highly appreciated
  • At least one year of experience working in a People team (apprenticeships and internships not included)
  • Experience recruiting within the tech industry is a big plus
  • Fluency in English is required. An intermediate level of French is required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to think creatively and offer innovative ideas
  • Strong collaboration and organization skills
  • High interest in environmental issues is a definite plus
