Description de la mission

NAF NAF recherche son/sa Conseiller(ère) de Vente en CDI 35h sur notre boutique de CRETEIL

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Magasin, votre mission principale sera de conseiller nos clientes et leur apporter une expérience client inoubliable.

Et plus précisément, vos missions consisteront à :

Participer à lévolution de lactivité commerciale

Accompagner à la réalisation des vitrines dans le respect du Guide Présentation Visuelle et des dossiers vitrines,

Participer à limplantation du magasin dans le respect de la charte merchandising,

Être garant de lentretien et du rangement du magasin,

Connaître et appliquer la charte service clients,

Assurer le réassort du magasin,

Contribuer à une bonne ambiance déquipe par une attitude ouverte et positive.

Développer les ventes et la satisfaction des clients

Participer à latteinte des objectifs commerciaux (chiffre daffaires, indice de vente, panier moyen, taux de transformation)

Accueillir et approcher les clients dune manière personnalisée et adopter une attitude °,

Argumenter, conseiller et vendre les produits en proposant des articles complémentaires,

Conclure la vente et accompagner les clients en caisse,

Contribuer à la gestion du point de vente

Réaliser les encaissements,

Contrôler les livraisons et réaliser les corrections en cas de litige,

Participer à la préparation des inventaires et à leur réalisation,

Lutter contre la démarque inconnue par la bonne application de plans dactions ciblées,

Contribuer à la bonne tenue de la réserve.

Profil

Vous avez de l'expérience dans le Prêt-à-porter, aimez la relation client ou avez simplement une sensibilité produit #FashionAddict

Vous êtes rigoureux, disponible et curieux
