Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Cuisine, vos missions seront de garantir la qualité de service offerte à notre clientèle et veillez à la parfaite gestion du service par la rentabilité de l'ensemble des prestations fournies mais également par le respect des standards de qualité afin de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les métiers de cuisine, le travail du froid et du chaud, le dressage, les buffets et petits déjeuners.

Vous participerez également activement aux missions administratives du service (plannings, commandes, etc.). Vous épaulez le Chef dans le management des équipes.

You will be responsible for the quality of service offered to our customers and will ensure that the service is perfectly managed through the profitability of all the services provided, as well as through the respect of quality standards to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. You will have a perfect command of the kitchen, cold and hot work, preparation of buffets and breakfasts.

You will also actively participate in the administrative tasks of the department (planning, orders, etc.). You will assist the Chef in managing the teams.

Expérience en hôtellerie-restauration souhaitée

Langues Requises : Français

Connaissances Normes HACCP

Experience in the hotel and restaurant industry is required

Languages Required: French

Knowledge of HACCP standards
