As an HRIS Project Manager, you will join a team with various international backgrounds, the opportunity to be responsible for deploying our solution within multiple customer organizations and a wide range of different industries.

Your role will be central to the organization.

You will have the chance to work with multiple teams internally and externally and play a key role in scaling our project management team by improving existing processes and by building new ones.

Your mission will be to coordinate and contribute to each phase of the project, namely:


Your role:


Assist the project lead in all things related to project management on several Human Resource related project implementation or conversion activities.

Responsible for analyzing business needs and working with key support groups to integrate their deliverables into the project plan.
This includes working with other HR groups, end users, vendors, and IT.
Responsible for preparing resource plan and synchronizing it with the project plan.

Be the continually interface with senior project staff regarding status of projects, compile and prepare weekly roll-up status reports, and review status reports including issues, next steps, and accomplishments with the project lead.


Your profil:

Bachelor or master's degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
You have significant experience gained in a similar role with extensive exposure to HRIS Implementation Systems.

Must be able to manages issues, risks, and decisions throughout the lifecycle of the project, including development of required mitigations and countermeasures.

Communication - ability to extract and translate business requirements into system configuration requirements


Knowledge in HRIS System such as: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Cornerstone, Neocase, ADP
PMP or other advanced certification or degree highly desirable.
You are a very good communicant, with a good capacity to adapt, and a strong dynamism
