- Au sein d'une équipe dynamique composée de 18 techniciens de maintenance, nous cherchons actuellement un technicien de maintenance informatique pour rejoindre notre département Industry.
- Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de collaborer au sein de l'équipe Run du Datacentre, travaillant aux côtés de 2 techniciens expérimentés et d'un leader technique. Votre mission consistera à superviser et à assurer la maintenance des équipements informatiques de nos quatre datacentres, jouant ainsi un rôle crucial dans la fiabilité et l'efficacité de nos services proposés aux clients.

- Intégrer l'équipe maintenance informatique du Datacentre de Gravelines et assurer, en cohésion avec l'ensemble de l'équipe, l'installation et la maintenance des équipements hardware
- Vous êtes garant de la continuité de services et d'hébergement de données dans son ensemble, auprès de nos clients mais également pour le compte de nos applications internes
- Vous travaillez en équipes successives alternantes postées (3*8h) afin de garantir une continuité de service 24/24h, 7/7j et percevez à ce titre les majorations afférentes au travail postés, majorations pour travail de nuit, du weekend et des jours fériés
- A votre prise de poste, vous intégrez un parcours d'intégration OVHcloud global suivi d'un parcours de formation spécifique de Technicien de Maintenance en Datacentre
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des serveurs via un monitoring et une analyse définie
- Autonome lors des interventions à la suite des alertes monitoring ou aux remontées des tickets clients
- Maîtrise des interfaces de communications et outils informatiques à votre disposition. (Interface monitoring des serveurs, Webex, Service now, Jira, Confluence, Picomto etc... )
- Réalisation des différentes maintenances préventives liées aux équipements hardware.
- Optimiser les serveurs (changer les composants obsolètes) suivant l'évolution de la gamme et des opérations commerciales
- Gérer les évènements : évaluer la criticité des incidents, les prioriser et contrôler la bonne exécution du processus de résolution
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures du Datacenter (réseau, refroidissement, énergie, sécurité) (Maintenance de premier niveau)
- Vous participez à des projets transverses en accord avec votre management sur des projets de mentoring, des lancements ou d'améliorations de produit.
- Amélioration continue du service, en contribuant et en répondant aux exigences définies dans le système de management de la qualité
- Niveau BAC/DUT/BTS ou encore Bac Pro dans les domaines du système informatique, du numérique, du réseaux et des télécommunications
- Excellentes connaissances en hardware hardware et expérience des infrastructures
- Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement dynamique
- Respect des normes et réglementations de sécurité strictes du milieu industriel,
