Description
The successful HR Manager will contribute ideas and views to strengthen the French ongoing business and operational success.


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that the firm's culture, values, and environment support and enhance their performance
  • Ensure that all People Strategies, policies, and procedures are consistently deployed in line with the firm's stated values.
  • Work with Global HR Business Partners to enable/enhance performance management process, talent, and succession and ensure compliance with Remuneration Policy and any other applicable regulation.
  • Partner with Global Total Rewards organization to assist Tricentis and executive management in developing reward programs and systems which recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience, and performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership in region as a trusted advisor for their business.
  • Aligning on reward systems that are marketbased, equitable, costeffective and drive appropriate behaviors.

Required experience and skills:

  • Business acumen and understanding of the software technology sector across France. Qualified proven track record of heading up HR for small to midsized institutions as the sole HR professional for the country
  • Change management skills, experience in evolving an HR proposition across multiple business lines.
  • Ability to pivot form operational to strategic responsibilities as and when required. A positive, proactive approach delivered in collaboration with the business and global HR Organization and seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in French Employment laws & regulations
  • Experience in working with local Work Councils
  • Experience in dynamic growth environment
  • Experience of HR systems such as Workday highly desirable.
  • French and English fluency are required.
