What we do in client delivery
We have been licensing Kraken for over 4 years now, transforming businesses by not only moving their customer base to our Kraken platform but also changing their operating model & ways of working.
Throughout this time our team has been at the forefront of industry leading migrations whilst setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like.
You will be joining the client delivery team with Kraken working to support European clients through their technology transformation journeys, supporting long term migration projects.
This role requires you to deeply understand how Kraken works to be able to deliver both technology change and behaviour change to clients.
You will work closely with Kraken's product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
What you will do:
- Managing the relationship with senior client stakeholders in the technology space.
- Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team.
- Challenging the client on requirements and approach to tech development Explaining and maintaining our approach to tech development and infosecurity
- Launching project kick offs and setting up project routines
- Driving delivery milestones
- Summarising and articulating client needs, considerations, timelines, etc internally to enable the execution of client platform maturity.
- Guiding the engineering team to deliver product features fitting to client business needs and project timelines
- Develop and support Client Delivery Leads in the organisation.
- There will be people management opportunities following probation
- Holding expertise in developing financial solutions or in the energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement
- Understanding the Kraken infrastructure, aligning client direction with the overall goal for the Kraken platform.

- Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
- Strong agile delivery experience
- Experience of product management and customer journeys
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
- Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
- Patience and initiative our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Holding expertise in financial solutions or in the energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Fluent English + another European language required (French, Spanish and German preferred)
