**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
|
About the role**Within Exclusive Networks Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions team you will be involved in corporate development and M&A projects:

Perform industry and target related research
Perform market screening to identify potential targets, update internal database and contribute to EXNs M&A pipeline
Assist on M&A project coordination and execution (buy side or sell side) that would allow you to be part of the different phases of an M&A process.
Interact with different departments within Exclusive Networks (tax, accounting, compliance and legal) and external advisors when applicable on the context of M&A projects
Understand and be involved on a due diligence process: preparation, analysis of findings, etc.
Assist on the valuation of potential targets through different methodologies (DCF, multiples, IRR, etc.)
Participate on the review of legal documentation related to potential transactions
Assist in the preparation of presentations / memos for EXCOM and board members

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you**- You master the fundamentals of Corporate Finance and valuation methodologies.

You are at ease speaking English and French, since both languages are used internally with the main language being mostly English.
You are at ease writing in English since its the language used for internal documents and corporate governance.
You are a responsible, rigorous and analytical and you have proven this in your previous experiences.
You are a proactive person and open to share your ideas
You have good communication skills that would allow you to interact with different stakeholders with different backgrounds and levels of seniority

Duration & Location:

6 months internship based in Exclusive Networks. Headquarters at Boulogne-Billancourt, France
Starting from March 2023
