SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The EMEA Marketing Manager develops, executes, and measures Marketing initiatives and programs to support the business growth in EMEA.

He or she will report directly to the Lead of EMEA Marketing & Communications and will be working closely with the Global & EMEA Marketing teams as well as in-country Managing Directors and sales teams.

The individual is tasked with driving successful partner events, partner network support, and activations, and enablement initiatives.

Acting as a project leader on its assigned initiatives, this role suits a dynamic marketer, with a both strategic and hands-on approach, able to multi-task, and result focused.

This full-time position may require up to 30% of travel.


This position can be located in:

  • France : Near Lyon at EMEA headquarters (hybrid work: 3 days at office / 2 days remote) or remote elsewhere in France
  • Germany, remote. Preferably in Dusseldorf area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Drive successful B2B partner conferences and events
Define, implement & track integrated marketing programs and initiatives to support business growth and support customers' stickiness


This might include:
sales enablement initiatives, network animation and activations, partner driven programs and event
Build and localize, in coordination with the Global and EMEA marketing teams, best-in-class sales tools to support Partners and the sales team's selling approach
Drive the development of effective local content and assets to enable our partner networks, and distributors and feed our local digital channels (case studies, video testimonials, photo shootings, blog articles, social posts, etc.)
Contribute to build (and maintain)

our partner's and distributors local communities
premium brand/product awareness and image.
our digital presence and local end-user communities
Collaborate in the definition and implementation of any new product or service that will drive incremental revenue in the country (from conceptualization to launch)
Partner with local Managing Directors in supporting high-value revenue opportunities


RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
5+ years of Marketing experience, with a deep understanding of demand generation, offline and online marketing, channel marketing, and B2C marketing
University degree in Marketing or equivalent


Languages:

Full proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Dutch preferred, in French or Swedish is an asset
Additional language will be an advantage.
Experience in channel; B2B network or franchise marketing would be highly valued
Demonstrated experience in running events and/or conferences
Strong strategic thinking
Strong writing and communication skills (offline & online)
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail and high-quality requirements
Demonstrated experience in working successfully with a global, or complex, team structure
Strong interpersonal skills with a successful track record of working as a part of a small highly focused team
Hands-on, autonomous, result-orientated individual with a strategic mind

Preferred requirements
Experience working in an International Corporation or with an international team and overcoming time zone challenges is highly valued
Experience in operating in multiple languages is also a valued asset
Previous experience in energy, renewables, or solar industries is an asset
Good data analysis skills, with an understanding of data, patterns, and trends


OTHER INFORMATION

  • Up to 50% of European travel required
