Area Sales Executive (Lille area) - Work-From-Home, France

In this role, we'll be looking for you to grow the business by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents in your territory (59, Calais, Reims, Troyes).


Role Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory, through new agent acquisition.
  • Manage endtoend sales process for Independents, including selling the complete product portfolio where/when relevant, including the whole Agent Implementation phase.
  • Accountable for prospecting, negotiating, signing contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, driving the activation process, and training the location.
  • Focus on the rampup of new locations to ensure they achieve full revenue potential.
  • Makes regular visits to highperforming locations and identifies and addresses issues within the current network.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products.
  • Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to present and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them.
  • Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fastpaced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
  • Fluency in French and a good level of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
