DESCRIPTION DU POSTE: 1. Monitor the existing working process between the CST, New Biz and Finance teams to ensure it leads to build out profitable, ops ready solutions prior to deal close.


  • Lead department with a growth mindset and foster culture aligned with company values and vision - maintaining a 8+ engagement score across teams
  • Build 'retained' client portfolio focused on direct to brand work - targeting 25% organic growth of client business per year.
  • Drive the always on marketing agenda through CST with client content capture opportunities that help us deliver the wow factor in Elevate marketing comms.
  • Create, own and manage departmental strategy (structure, objectives, performance metrics, growth, budget) for the FY with monthly updates looking forward to following quarter and a quarterly business review during our growth lab.
  • Dynamic leadership of CST subheads and holding them accountable for performance and delivery on SMART objectives.
  • Build knowledge and confidence among CST in the delivery of insight projects for clients and support in organic growth around Elevate IMPACT.
  • Accountable for forecasting oversight and accuracy (confirmed won business) for all client work.
  • Own the Operational efficiency plan, leading a QEW (Quarterly Efficiencies Workshop) creating measurable initiative that increase delivery efficiency month on month
  • Ensure 100% compliance from our Staffing Team.
  • Deliver Elevate GP on average of minimum 33% and quarterly net profit targets for the department
  • Support the new business function with strategy and major pitches.

DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL:


  • Proven experience in a client service /business leadership role within an agency with experience within the event staffing sector.
  • Track record of growing leading world class teams delivering excellence for blue chip brands.
  • Experience in managing large portfolios of client work.
  • Proactive growth mindset capable of foreseeing issues and dealing with resolution without significant management supervision
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and experience in interacting and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A firstclass listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
  • Commercially savvy approach with a demonstrable financial and problemsolving acumen.
  • Strong project management skills with dedication to timelines
  • Numerate with some exposure to financial systems and processes
  • Honed project management skills including time management and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presenting skills.
  • Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders.
